About the Pack Leaders

I’m Amy Toman, and I’ve been online quite a while. I’ve worked in many corporate positions, and started working on websites in 2015. I founded Pet Sitter SEO in 2017 to help the pet sitter community better represent themselves online, and attract more business in the process.

I’ve been working with pet care professionals since then, writing for Pet Sitters International and the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters, and speaking to those groups and the Texas Pet Sitters Conference and the International Boarding and Pet Services Association. I’ve audited over 300 websites, edited about 100 websites, and also audited over 150 Google My Business listings.

In April of 2022, my efforts volunteering in the Google Business Profile community were recognized by the awarding of the Gold Product Expert designation. In February of 2023, I was upskilled to the designation of Platinum Product Expert, and in April of 2024 I earned the Diamond level. Working toward these has expanded my understanding of this platform and how to optimize listings.
